Lift – a social media tool to track your goals

thumb.phpI joined lift.do 465 days back (according to my profile on lift.do) and have tracked my daily goals on and off. More off than on. It is a social media site that was supported by the founders of Twitter. They came up with an iPhone app initially and did not develop an android app until recently. When I moved from iPhone to Samsung Galaxy phone, I could not use Lift and then started using it a few months back.

Features

Lift.do has a dashboard that gives you quick info of what your goals are and how you are trending. It is very easy to use and can really help you in keeping track of your goals. I highly recommend this app as it is growing more and more in usage and has added new features like plans that coach you through a goal.

Here are some screenshots that I have taken from the iTunes library. These goals and screenshots are not mine.
